Having lived with people from different cultures, I have come to realize that people don’t pay potatoes as much mind as they should!
I know of someone whose only way of cooking potatoes (the sweet ones) is by boiling and eating them like that! For the Irish potatoes, she just fries them and goes her way!
And each time I see her do any of these, I go, Oh my!! And for those who even have an idea of mashing potatoes, they do a terrible job too!!
It is not as hilarious as it is painful to see that humans don’t enjoy potatoes as they should! Potatoes are not boring food items! We humans just don’t know enough about preparing them!
